To make a nut-free take on this recipe, simply sub oat milk for almond milk and leave out the pistachios.

  • Combine almond milk, oats, dried figs and apricots, 2 tbsp. honey, and a large pinch of salt in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight. Before serving, in a small bowl, whisk tahini, 3 tbsp. honey, 1 tbsp. lukewarm water, cardamom, and a large pinch of salt. Spoon oatmeal into bowls, drizzle with tahini sauce, and top with pistachios and pomegranate seeds, if desired.
